Hi, I’m Brian Flood, Maryland-based sound designer and musician.
My audio journey began in the dorms of NYU, where Pet Sounds ignited a passion for composition, recording, and psychoacoustics. After graduating, I landed a pivotal audio post internship. I then went on to several whirlwind years recording sound on film sets.
I’m endlessly fascinated by Sound’s power to transmit stories, emotion, and thought. Projects I’ve mixed have premiered at SXSW, Tribeca, NewFest, LES, NYCB Fall Fashion gala, and have been awarded the venerable Vimeo Staff Pick. (I also designed this website!)
